FOIA CPD Police Calls for Service Data

On January 6, 2017 we filled the following FOIA request with the Chicago Police Department seeking records regarding their storage of police call for service data created by the Office of Emergency Management & Communications.

 

Please provide the following records in digital format where possible:

A. Copy of data dictionary / code book from the Office of Emergency Management & Communications regarding police call for service data they maintain. Please supply the most recent version.

B. All documents, records, books, digital documents, emails, etc.. in the possession of the Chicago Police Department that detail the definitions and or column and field descriptions of the police call for service data maintained by the Office of Emergency Management & Communications

C. Please detail the start and end dates of the OEMC police calls for service data maintained by the Chicago Police Department in their data warehouse.

Please fulfill this request in the five days allotted by Illinois law. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Please make sure that all communications are electronic through email. Please fulfill this request through email as well.
